Travelling long years throughout Madagascar ant the Indian Ocean region and after spending 20 years as editor of a German daily I decided in 2000 to do without my flight ticket back to Germany and to settle down on Madagascar. With my Malagasy wife I set up a press agency, "Pro Madagascar Sarl". Mainly I supply reports and photos for German newspapers and magazines, also I edit postcards.

Since some years work also with roadhouse voyages and expeditions as freelance tour manager. Those tours leading to all regions of Madagascar. Of course I attend also to network teams, up to now from Poland and Wales, photographers and journalists. Every year we organise some specials for photographers. My personal interest is (of course) focussed on the unique flora and fauna of Madagascar.
